Knowledge Building

We support, develop, co-sponsor, and host events and programs designed to teach people about CRT and related crit theories, and we foster new scholarship in the critical legal tradition.

• We develop more and stronger alliances between Native and “race” scholarship.

• We promote scholarly interchanges between scholars in the US and scholars outside the US who teach and write in critical legal theory.

• We develop content for all people — including students, activists, labor organizers, law professors, ordinary people, and more, who wish to learn more about critical legal theories.
